Design / Build:
We are a Design/Build firm. When contracting us to do your design work, you may also contract us for the construction of your project. There are, in some cases, projects that do not require a design, as they may be very straightforward in their explanation on the contract.

A retainer is required upon signing of contracts and before commencement of work. On most projects the bulk of purchasing is made in the beginning, so the initial retainer is enough to cover all of the cost and some of the labor. As we complete phases, payments are then acquired as part of an agreed schedule. Upon completion of construction and client’s satisfaction, the final payment plus sales tax is then due upon receipt.
